We are CAL - Centro de Arbitragem Laboral or Labour Arbitration Center, the first private center in Mozambique to provide specialised assistance in the field of labour relations, offering a range of high quality services, namely: Disclosure of labour legislation; Provision of mediation services; Labour arbitration (soon to be available); Staff training and capacity building in labour relations and management.
